Water Pump Repair Kit for Mercury & Mariner 30–60 HP FourStroke BigFoot Outboards

This is a genuine Mercury Quicksilver water pump repair kit designed for selected Mercury and Mariner BigFoot FourStroke outboards.

This comprehensive service kit includes the impeller, water pump housing, water pump base, wear plate, seals and gaskets required for a complete water pump overhaul. Replacing worn water pump components at regular service intervals helps maintain proper cooling system performance and helps protect the engine from overheating.

Important – BigFoot Models

This kit is specifically designed for engines equipped with Mercury's BigFoot gearcase. The BigFoot lower unit features a larger gear housing and different internal water pump components compared to standard gearcases. BigFoot models are commonly found on pontoon boats, workboats and heavier boats where increased low-speed thrust is required.

Because Mercury produced both standard and BigFoot versions of several 30–60 HP models, it is important to verify which gearcase is fitted to your engine before ordering. If you are unsure, we recommend checking your engine serial number or contacting us for assistance.
