We offer a wide range of zinc, aluminium and magnesium anodes at competitive prices. Which material should the anode be made of? In saltwater, both zinc and aluminium anodes can be used. In brackish water the aluminium anode is preferred but zinc can also be used here. In general the aluminum anode is the first hand choice for both salt and brackish water as it has a lower environmental impact than zinc. In freshwater, only magnesium anodes should be used.
